Internal Recruiter Southampton 25 hours per week £25,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata) The Role This is not a box-ticking HR role. You''ll be responsible for finding, attracting, and securing the people who shape everything our client does - from frontline Support Workers through to House Leaders and senior roles. In a service like theirs, recruitment is quality. You''ll sit at the centre of that. What You''ll Be Doing: Support recruitment across our client, helping them find the right people for their services. Help build and maintain candidate pipelines so they are not just hiring reactively. Assist with writing and posting job adverts that attract the right candidates. Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and undertake interviews. Support safer recruitment processes (references, compliance checks, onboarding admin). Proactively chase references and required documentation to keep the recruitment process moving. Help create a smooth and positive candidate journey from application to start date. Work closely with managers to understand the kind of people they are looking for. Contribute ideas to improve how they attract talent - whether through job boards, social media, or partnerships.
