We''re supporting a growing organisation within the children''s care and education sector that is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their HR team on an interim basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy environment and make an immediate impact. Following a recent acquisition and continued growth, you''ll take ownership of recruitment activity across multiple sites, ensuring critical vacancies are filled quickly and effectively.

Description

You''ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of positions, including:

• High-volume Support Worker recruitment
• Team Leader and supervisory hires
• Head Office vacancies
• End-to-end recruitment from attraction through to onboarding
• Working closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment priorities
• Supporting workforce planning and recruitment process improvements

Profile

We''re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Ideally you''ll have:

• Previous internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience within social care, healthcare, education, NHS or another regulated sector
• A proven track record managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Job Offer

• -2123 per hour
• Initial 2-month contract with strong potential for extension
• Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in the office
