This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale city centre project, taking responsibility for the internal fit-out and finishing stages through to handover. Key Responsibilities Manage all internal finishing works from first fix through to completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and programme targets are achieved. Oversee the completion of apartments and communal areas, ensuring finishes meet the required specification. Carry out quality inspections, snagging and de-snagging works.
