Internal Customer Service

My client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, specialising in PCBA manufacturing, supply chain solutions, and specialist electronic components.  

As the Internal Customer Service, you are responsible for actively promoting and selling the company’s products, providing the best customer service in the frequency products industry and supporting the internal Sales team to work proactively in achieving set targets and KPIs.

What we would like from the Internal Customer Service:

• Previous experience in a proactive sales environment
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of customers, competitors, and market trends is highly valued
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to travel, including internationally as necessary

What we offer the Internal Customer Service:

• Salary between £38,000 to £43,000 doe
• 25 days annual leave Christmas shutdown
• Hybrid working (3 in the office and 2 from home)
