Description

• Manage and maintain existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks and preparing reports.
• Respond to client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analysing performance data.
• Support new client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.

Profile

A successful Internal Corporate Account Executive should have:

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in account management or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
