Internal Communications Specialist - Belfast - £34.98ph Umbrella

We are recruiting for an Internal communications Specialist for a leading Aerospace organisation based on site in Belfast. The Internal Communications Specialist will work closely with the project team, wider Communications team and the leaders of the new company to support all communication-related matters relating to the acquisition of the site in Belfast. AREAS OF FOCUS Plays a key role in the establishment of Communications set up and outputs for the Newco in Belfast, bringing local needs into alignment with company communications approach in the UK as appropriate. Supports the creation of interim and long term internal communications tools and channels to support the onboarding of colleagues Works with the project team to define and deliver key messaging and communications materials during the transition phase Interacts with wider UK and global communications team - and the public affairs team - to manage consistent messaging to external audiencesThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company''s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
