In this pivotal role, you will connect colleagues to our vision, ensuring accessible information delivery and effective engagement across the organisation. This position offers the opportunity to introduce innovative ideas, challenge existing practices, and creatively enhance internal communications to support our strategic aims. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and manage several of our internal communication channels and engagement forums, including manager communications and colleague forums. Gather and share engaging content from across the organisation, enhancing our internal narrative. Support the day-to-day delivery of communication and engagement plans, assisting with internal communications for key projects and teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, maintaining high levels of trust and credibility. Continuously seek improvements in our communication and engagement strategies, introducing fresh ideas and creative solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in creating and delivering high-quality, engaging communication campaigns using various channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, social networks, and digital signage.
