Internal Communications OfficerLocal Authority Temporary with Potential to Go PermanentA local authority is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Officer to join its Communications team on a temporary basis, with genuine potential for the role to become permanent.This role will support a major period of organisational change and requires someone who can combine behaviour-change communications with hands-on video production to engage and motivate internal audiences.Key Responsibilities:Delivering internal change communications using recognised change and behavioural frameworks (e.g. COM-B, OASIS or similar)Planning, filming and editing high-quality internal video content to support change programmes and leadership messagingTurning complex organisational change into clear, engaging internal communicationsManaging content across intranet, newsletters, email and internal channelsWorking closely with HR, OD and senior stakeholdersAbout You:Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within a local authority or public-sector environmentStrong experience in change communications and change methodologyHands-on video production skills (filming and editing)Excellent writing skills and strong visual storytelling capabilityInventum Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
