Working with senior stakeholders, you''ll develop and deliver clear, engaging communications that help employees understand, navigate and engage with change. You''ll lead communication planning, create impactful content across multiple channels and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring messaging is timely, consistent and employee-focused.Key requirements:Proven experience supporting organisational change, transformation or transition programmesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExcellent written communication and content creation abilitiesExperience developing and delivering engagement campaignsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:Understanding of restructures, redundancy processes or TUPEInternal communications or employee engagement experience within a complex organisationPlease note: This is a fixed-term role with no direct reports.
