You will play a pivotal role in keeping global employees and leaders informed, engaged, and focused during a period of high-profile change. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end internal communications for a high-visibility global transformation programme. Develop narrative frameworks, briefing packs, and audience-tailored comms plans for leaders, managers, and global teams. Partner closely with Programme, HR, Change, and country leaders to align messaging and prevent duplication. Translate complex corporate, legal, and operational strategies into clear, humanized, and engaging communications. Advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders on optimal channel strategy, timing, and tone. Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve engagement channels.
