We are looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to join the Digital and Transformation Group in DWP.As part of the UK''s largest government department, you''ll help shape and deliver communications that support over 8,000 colleagues across DTG as they transform digital services for more than 22 million customers.As a Digital Engagement Manager, you''ll shape compelling communications, identify and share impactful stories, and deliver engagement campaigns that connect people with our vision and priorities. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you''ll turn complex information into clear, accessible and actionable communications, creating innovative content across a range of channels including intranet platforms, newsletters, emails, presentations, infographics and video. Using insight, evidence and colleague feedback, you''ll ensure communications are timely, relevant and effective, while championing accessibility, best practice and continuous improvement in internal communications and engagement.The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique.
