Internal Communications Manager EMEA
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading, global organisation to appoint a seasoned Internal Communications Manager for an initial 4-month contract. Support and delivering key internal communications which inspire and engage employees, the Internal Communications Manager will possess demonstrable experience of delivering impactful internal campaigns (internal or external), exceptional writing and creative ideation skills and be able to hit the ground running.
The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with key senior stakeholders across the business, so experience working in large, multi-national organisations is preferred as well as event management experience.
Role Requirements
* Manage and support critical internal campaigns to engage employees with key business updates, news and initiatives
* Work closely with HR and Corporate Social Responsibility teams to manage communications for priority updates
* Ensure communications are understood and resonate with employees
* Drive brand values, change and volunteering comms.
* Manage and support executive events to connect employees with leaders and promote the sharing of relevant updates.
* Provide robust event and comms support for annual EMEA all-staff events, including agency liaison, planning and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience working within a large, complex global organisation.
* Proven experience in executing impactful internal and / or external comms campaigns
* Exceptional writing skills
* Demonstrable experience of communicating clearly and with influence to a broad range of employees.
* Ability to draft leadership comms, strategy documents and internal stories.
* Event management experience across logistics, event comms and agency management.
* Strategic thinking, with the ability to take complex, confidential information and simplify it into clear messaging.
* Experience working cross-functionally with CSR & HR teams
* Confident and collaborative approach
* Able to build relationships quickly and work with a business leadership and external agencies/stakeholders
* Strong organisation and project management skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a core team
