Internal Communications Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION UL Solutions is hiring an Internal Communications Lead, reporting directly to the Director of Internal Communications. This role plays a key part in shaping impactful internal communications-bringing initiatives, campaigns, and programs to life at a local level and driving engagement across approximately 3,000 employees in the region. This is a hybrid Role, with the expectation of working from the office three days a week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft and execute an EMEA strategic internal communications employee experience plan. Audit EMEA communications and develop a roadmap for strategic employee engagement aligned to the global internal communications strategy. Support activation of internal communications initiatives in EMEA. This will include activation of global communications, as well as creation and support for EMEA-specific communications. Work closely with EMEA Region Lead to cascade strategic priorities and initiatives in support of strengthening the UL Solutions culture in partnership with site leaders and business functions. Support EMEA internal meetings/events, as needed i.e. CEO travel in the region, ELT travel in the region, global employee events.
