Inventum Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit an Interim Communications Specialist to support a major business transformation and integration programme.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced communications professional who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, build communications activity from the ground up, and deliver clear, engaging messaging during a period of significant change

.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead communications activity for a newly established Belfast operation.
• Develop and deliver change, transformation and integration communications plans
• Create key messaging and communications materials for employees and stakeholders
• Establish new internal communications channels and tools
• Support colleague onboarding and engagement throughout the transition
• Partner with project teams, leaders, and communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging.
• Align local communications with wider UK and global communications framework

About

• You 5+ years'' communications experience.
• Proven background in change communications, transformation or M&A environments.
• Able to hit the ground running and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
• Experience launching communications channels, campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable operating in a manufacturing, engineering or operational environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
