At Voyage Care, we believe great learning creates great outcomes. We''re looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Internal Trainer to join our Learning & Development team and help develop the skills, confidence and knowledge of colleagues across our organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced trainer who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and enjoys travelling, building relationships and making a real impact on people''s professional development.
You''ll deliver engaging training programmes using a variety of learning methods, support the introduction of new services and initiatives, and help ensure our teams have the skills they need to provide outstanding support to the people we care for.
What You''ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging classroom and virtual training sessions to colleagues across the business.
- Supporting induction programmes, mandatory training and specialist learning initiatives.
- Creating and updating learning materials to ensure they remain current, relevant and aligned with legislation and best practice.
- Working closely with operational teams and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improving the learner experience.
- Providing advice and support on training and development matters.
- Playing a key part in developing innovative learning solutions that support our growing organisation.
We''re looking for someone who can engage, motivate and inspire learners from a variety of backgrounds.
You''ll ideally have:
- A recognised training qualification such as AET, CET, DET, PTLLS, CTTLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed or equivalent.
- Experience delivering training programmes to a range of audiences.
- Knowledge of different learning and assessment methods, including both classroom and remote delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.
