Job Role:- Outbound telephone communication with customers. You''ll play a key role in developing positive customer relationships, driving brand product and services awareness, loyalty and sales whilst gathering valuable customer insights, and supporting the achievement of our sales and growth goals. Processing and administering customer enquiries, from costing through to quotation and completion. Updating the CRM system with customer and supplier information. Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required. Pushing out into the field to visit customer and develop target regions if required. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm This role will be UK & Ireland market focussed, where you will be allocated target customer accounts to grow and develop. This role will be incentivised in the form of commission payments on delivering sales growth which will be calculated and paid as earned on a quarterly basis (uncapped).
