Due to continued expansion, the organisation is seeking an independent and commercially minded individual to review services, identify improvements, and drive best practice across the business.The RoleWorking closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you will spend the first 6-12 months conducting a detailed review of services, processes and procedures across the organisation. Initially focusing on Mental Health and Supported Housing services, you will gather feedback from service users, analyse operational data, evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.This role requires someone who can challenge constructively, ask insightful questions and provide objective recommendations that enhance service delivery, compliance and operational effectiveness.
