The opportunity

You won''t be buried in a team of 20. You''ll own the internal audit function, present directly to the Audit Committee, and have a visible seat at the table with senior leadership. If you''re ambitious, commercially curious, and ready to make a real mark - this role was built for you.

What you''ll be doing
Design and own the Annual Internal Audit Plan - presenting directly to the Audit Committee based on your own risk assessment
Plan and execute audit assignments across financial, operational, and technology controls - verifying compliance with group policy
Prepare and present formal audit reports and practical recommendations to senior and middle management
Lead the group''s annual risk assessment and drive remediation follow-up to close identified control gaps
Partner with management to develop best-practice controls and lead or support key operational and system projects across the group
What we''re looking for
Fully qualified member of a recognised accountancy body
Background in audit at a large firm or internal audit in a large group
Confident presenting to and challenging senior management
Intellectually curious with commercial instinct and creative problem-solving
Full clean driving licence and own transport
