Location: SolihullPosition: Internal Audit Manager Full-TimeSalary: £75,000 to £85,000 per annum Key responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager: Lead complex audits, ensuring robust planning, execution, and reporting.Provide meaningful insight and challenge to senior stakeholders while strengthening risk management and control frameworks.Manage and coach junior auditors to support skills development and capability uplift.Produce high-quality audit reports and present findings to leadership.Contribute to the shaping of the annual audit plan and methodology enhancements.Maintain strong working relationships across the business to support continuous improvement and risk awareness.
