On behalf of the Head of Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Manager is accountable for delivering internal audit engagements from planning to closure through fieldwork, reporting and monitoring management''s progress with implementing agreed action plans. As a large organisation, they are focused on maintaining operational excellence and ensuring adherence to industry standards through robust audit and compliance measures.DescriptionThe Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for;Planning, performing, and reporting internal audit engagements contained in the AandRC approved Internal Audit Plan, in line with the internal audit team''s methodology and in conformance with The Institute of Internal Auditors'' Global Internal Audit Standards.Applying sound knowledge of key business areas to the preparation and delivery of the terms of reference for each internal audit engagement.Working across all aspects of risk management and internal control systems, including financial, operational, reporting and compliance.Creating, protecting and sustaining value by sharing objective assurance, advice, insight and foresight. Preparing and presenting internal audit material to the Executive Team and Audit and Risk Committee and senior management forums.
