Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan.
• Identify, assess and report on key risks to the organisation.
• Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to address identified risks and improve processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes affecting the transport and distribution sector.

Profile

A successful Internal Audit & Risk Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in ACA
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk management practices.
• Experience in the infrastructure industry or a similar sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and managing risks.
