Internal Accounts ManagerPermanent PositionHours of Work: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to FridayPay: From 32,480 to 34,510 per annumBased in the West Bromwich areaJob description for the Internal Accounts ManagerAn exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company, working in a fast-paced office.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact.Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and service-related matters.Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate information is communicated and customer requirements are met.Take ownership of customer queries, complaints, and service issues through to resolution.Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service levels.Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular account reviews.Maintain accurate account records and provide customer insights to management.Ensure a professional, positive, and customer-centric service is delivered at all times.Experience for the Internal Accounts managerPrevious experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the manufacturing sector is preferredStrong Excel and IT skillsAbility to work to strict deadlinesExcellent communication skillsExperience building relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.Knowledge of order processing, logistics and supply chain ..... full job details .....
