Internal Account Manager

In this role, you''ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding customer accounts, retaining existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. If you have a technical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday£28-£40k DOE + Excellent BonusKey Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. Customer Management: Understand and manage the needs of both new and existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met. Quotations: Produce competitive and accurate quotations in a timely manner, and follow up to secure orders. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any technical or delivery issues that arise, maintaining a high level of customer service. Order Management: Oversee orders through the system, from stock checks and liaising with stores to raising delivery paperwork and scheduling delivery dates. Customer Interaction: Handle customer collections and cash sales with professionalism and efficiency. Daily Prioritization: Manage and prioritize daily activities, including meeting quote and order deadlines.
