Internal Account Manager Packaging Location: LetchworthSalary: £(phone number removed) DOEHours: Monday to Friday, 08 00Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidaysStart Date: Immediate start availableThe Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join a well-established business operating within the packaging industry.Working closely with the external sales team, you will take responsibility for managing and developing existing B2B customer accounts, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations and identifying opportunities to increase account value.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing packaging industry experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and has a commercially minded approach to account management and sales.Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts, acting as their main day-to-day point of contact.Handle incoming enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations within agreed timescales.Proactively follow up quotations and outstanding opportunities to convert enquiries into orders.Identify and develop lower-spend accounts, working to increase their value and potential over time.Provide excellent day-to-day customer support, dealing with queries, orders and any issues efficiently.Work closely with external sales, production and operations teams to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.Identify additional sales opportunities across ..... full job details .....
