The RoleAs an Internal Account Manager, you''ll:Proactively manage a portfolio of house accounts to grow sales and engagement.Reconnect with lapsed or infrequent customers through outbound calling.Build long-term customer relationships that lead to sustainable sales.Record interactions and manage follow-ups through the CRM system.Work closely with the Head of Sales to prioritise key opportunities.Provide cover and support to the wider sales team when needed.
