If you enjoy being part of a close team and want a role where you are genuinely involved in the day to day running of customer accounts, this will suit you.Your experienceYou have experience in customer service, internal account management or sales support, ideally within print, graphics, manufacturing or a related industry. You are confident handling customer enquiries, processing orders and managing expectations professionally. You are organised and detail focused, able to manage multiple live jobs and deadlines at once. You are comfortable using internal systems and communicating with customers over phone and email daily. Experience within large format print, graphics, adhesive materials or visual media would be useful, though attitude and organisation are just as important.What you will be doing with your experience in this roleYou will support customers and internal sales teams on a day to day basis, acting as a key point of contact throughout the order process.
