Internal Account Manager

I am working with a client to recruit multiple Internal Account Managers to join a successful and growing business based in Normanton. This is a relationship-focused role where you''ll manage existing customer accounts, identify opportunities to grow business and provide an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Identifying opportunities to increase product usage and customer spend
• Supporting customers with quotes, enquiries and product information
• Carrying out proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity updates
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes
