Internal Account Manager

We are looking for an organised, customer focused Internal Account Manager to manage the end-to-end sales and procurement process across an assigned customer base.
You''ll be responsible for preparing quotations, processing sales orders, placing and tracking supplier orders, managing renewals and supporting installation projects where required. You''ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly, while identifying opportunities and providing a high level of customer service.
We''re looking for someone with:
-Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or sales administration.
-Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
-Strong organisation and attention to detail.
-The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-Good commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills.
-Strong IT and CRM/accounting system skills.
-A proactive, customer-focused approach.
-Experience within the technology sector is desirable.
