Our customers expect quality products, delivered on time and at competitive prices. We are currently seeking an Internal Account Manager to maintain and develop our existing customer base. For the right candidate, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The Role Manage key house accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Generate new business and identify opportunities within existing key accounts. Deal with customer enquiries promptly, professionally and efficiently. Process all customer orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a close working relationship with the Production Department to ensure production meets customer requirements and deadlines. Ensure all customer requests are processed efficiently and that customers are kept fully informed of the progress of their orders.
