Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation, offering an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Intern - Human Resources. Your role will play a key part in supporting the HR and Facilities team in delivering excellence across a variety of activities and projects. This role provides a unique chance to gain valuable experience at a global organisation, in a collaborative and inspiring work environment, setting the foundation for your professional growth. What You Will Do: - Assist employees with travel visa applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documents.- Maintain up-to-date employee records, including travel documents, right-to-work checks, and driving licence checks, while ensuring confidentiality.- Provide administrative support for training activities and update training records in line with internal processes.- Support on boarding and off boarding processes, including organising equipment and stationery for new starters.- Process invoices on behalf of the HR and Facilities team in compliance with internal payment procedures.- Assist in organising staff events and managing initiatives such as Learn to Ride and Cycle to Work schemes.
