Role: Intermediate Track Fee Earner Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Contract: Full time, permanent An established specialist law firm is looking to appoint an Intermediate Track Fee Earner to join its growing Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PI fee earner looking to take ownership of their own caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will handle a varied portfolio of intermediate-track personal injury claims, managing matters from inception through to settlement and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of personal injury claims, predominantly involving road traffic accidents and other liability-based claims, with responsibility for progressing matters efficiently and achieving the best possible outcome for clients. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of intermediate-track personal injury claims from inception through to conclusion. Taking responsibility for all aspects of case progression, including liability, quantum, evidence and litigation. Reviewing and assessing medical evidence and other supporting documentation. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and other relevant legal documentation. Valuing claims and preparing cases for settlement.
