Mid-Level / Senior MEP Revit Coordinator £45,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits Greater Manchester Building Services Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Cleanroom Projects Our client is a specialist engineering and construction business delivering highly technical projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare and advanced manufacturing sectors.Due to continued growth and a healthy project pipeline, they are looking to appoint two MEP Revit Coordinators at either Mid-Level or Senior level to join their multidisciplinary team in Rochdale. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that delivers complex building services projects from concept through to completion. You''ll work as part of an integrated design and delivery team, producing high-quality BIM models and coordinated construction information on some of the UK''s most technically demanding projects.Projects include clean rooms, laboratories, healthcare facilities, food production environments and advanced manufacturing facilities where precision, coordination and attention to detail are critical. Key Responsibilities Produce coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD. Develop and maintain multidisciplinary 3D BIM models.
