This role sits on one of the largest data centre developments in the UK - a c.-10 billion hyperscale campus in Blyth, delivering up to 10 data centre buildings across a 100-hectare site. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly, interim, and final valuations, applications for payment, and cost reconciliations for contracts, sub-contractors, specialists, and suppliers Support the ongoing review of cash flow and contract positions Assist with the procurement of sub-contract packages, working closely with the Procurement Manager Carry out take-offs and measurement of works to support the Estimating, Procurement, and Planning departments Support the preparation of contract final accounts for completed sections of the works Assist in the examination of contract documents and help identify any anomalies...
