Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

The Role: They are keen to add an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on an healthcare project due onsite shortly. You will initially support the Senior QS on projects with the plan fo ryou to take on your own smaller value schemes and there is a clear path for progression to Project QS for you. General responsibilities will include; Assisting with commercial and contractual requirements on the designated projects in accordance with the company procedures and processes. Helping to ensure sound financial performance including profitability, cash flow, and managing risks and opportunities. Help with the preparation of accurate and detailed monthly cost reports.
