This is an excellent opportunity for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with ideally 2-3 years' experience who already has some exposure to Mechanical & Electrical building services and is looking to develop their commercial experience within the rapidly growing data centre sector. You will work closely with the Director, senior commercial professionals and the client, gaining hands-on experience across the commercial management of significant MEP packages.
