About the role of Intermediate Quantity SurveyorAs an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. The responsibilities of an Intermediate Quantity SurveyorAssist with tenders and procurement processes.Provide general administrative support to the site commercial team.Assist in the management of project risks and opportunities.Assist in preparing costs estimates and financial reports.Liaise with Cost Planning, Buying and Technical to ensure accurate budget preparation.
