These include major apartment buildings, regeneration schemes, build-to-rent projects, and luxury residential complexes for both public and private sector clients. The company offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, giving Project Managers the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry s leading professionals on projects of significant social and economic impact.THE POSITIONThey are actively seeking several Intermediate Project Managers to take full responsibility for managing Residential sector projects from inception through to completion. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead client relationships, oversee design and construction delivery, and contribute to the successful completion of key residential projects across London.Project values typically range from £1 million up to £100 million.
