Intermediate Electrical Engineer

My client are looking to recruit a technically capable Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their growing building services consultancy. You will have 3-4 years of relevant experience to develop their technical expertise, take greater responsibility for project delivery and progress towards a Senior Engineer role. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across a variety of projects. You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and professional standard.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across a range of projects. Prepare electrical calculations, specifications, schematics, layouts and technical documentation. Develop and coordinate electrical designs in accordance with project requirements. Ensure designs comply with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance and industry best practice. Work closely with mechanical, structural and architectural teams to coordinate multidisciplinary designs. Attend design team and project meetings and provide technical input where appropriate. Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to resolve technical queries and support project delivery. Assist with the review of drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
