Intermediate Building Services Engineer, Fitout Contractor (BSE)

Our client is an important and well known Tier 1 Central London Fitout Specialist. We are looking for a career-driven, motivated engineer who is looking to take their first step into management with a fitout contractor. The role would suit someone at an early stage of their career who has been with either a mainstream building services sub-contractor at Engineer or Site Manager type level, or with the MandE team at a main contractor, and is looking to progress. Our client will consider applicants from Mechanical or Electrical core disciplines within the building services sector, but you must have a well-rounded understanding of both. The role involves assisting with managing the MandE building services installation on large fitout projects predominantly in the City and West End. The position will come with excellent support to aid your development and increasing levels of responsibility. This is very much a career role with exceptional prospects. Typical Projects include the MandE installation on offices, individual super high specification, ultra high value residential properties, restaurants, bars, hospitality and high end hotel style accommodation, sports facilities, government buildings and infrastructure, both new-build and refurbishment.
