Interior Designer

Interior Designer Sales-Focused 

Salary: £24,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission | Full-Time

We’re working with a luxury interiors business in North West London, looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong sales focus. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who loves crafting stunning interiors while driving furniture and design service sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and client proposals for high-end residential projects
- Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFandE) that align with client needs
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and attend client meetings
- Create technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Drive sales of interior design services and luxury furniture solutions

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience in residential interior design in the UK
- Proven track record in sales within design or furniture retail (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of FFandE sourcing and procurement
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and confidently
