Interior Designer - FFandE

Our client is a leading international design and engineering practice, delivering complete design packages from concept through to completion. They specialise in high-end residential and hospitality interiors across the UK and Middle East. The London office is their Interior Design and FFandE studio, working on prestigious, design-led residential schemes.They are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer - FFandE to join this team. You will work across large-scale, luxury projects, taking responsibility for FFandE design, scheduling, sourcing and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities are to:Produce detailed FFandE schedules and specificationsSource, specify and manage suppliers and manufacturersAssist with value engineering and cost controlAttend site visits and inspectionsPrepare design schemes and presentationsManage FFandE procurement and reporting throughout projectsSkills and Experience Required:5+ years'' experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality interiorsExcellent organisational and time management skillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesignExperience with FFandE softwareExperience in technical drawing and bespoke furniture designStrong understanding of international suppliers and procurementWhat''s On Offer:£40,000 - £44,000 salaryPension contributionPrivate medical insurancePotential to work from home on FridaysThe opportunity to work on international ..... full job details .....
