Interior Designer

A RIBA Chartered, award-winning studio in Chelmsford is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join its growing team. The Role You''ll own projects from initial concept through to completion - developing design packages, presenting to clients, managing FFandE, coordinating on site and delivering high-quality results across a varied and interesting project mix that includes hospitality, workplace and hotel schemes. What You''ll Be Doing Leading Interior Design projects through feasibility, planning, tender, construction and handover Developing and presenting creative concept design packages to clients and project teams Producing detailed drawing packages plans, elevations, sections, construction and joinery details Compiling FFandE schedules, sourcing materials and obtaining quotes from suppliers Coordinating with contractors, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Attending site meetings, managing snagging and handling on-site queries Keeping up to date with industry trends, materials and relevant legislation Interior Designer Requirements Min 3 years experience in commercial Interior Design, with a portfolio that evidences pub/hospitality, workplace and hotel projects A degree (or ..... full job details .....
