The Interior and Architectural Lighting Designer will join a London studio handling hospitality, retail, residential, and cultural projects. This permanent role offers a salary between £35,000 and £55,000, with responsibilities spanning concept development through to final installation. You will produce layouts, drawings, and visual presentations while collaborating with architects, clients, and contractors. We are looking for a Lighting Designer to join a London-based design studio working on a diverse range of projects, including hospitality, retail, residential, lifestyle, exterior, events, galleries and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop lighting designs from concept through to completion.
Produce lighting layouts, drawings, visualisations and presentations.
Work with clients, architects, interior designers and contractors.
Attend site visits and support project delivery.
Contribute to lighting mock-ups, testing and technical development.
Requirements
Experience or relevant education in Lighting Design or a related discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong visualisation, hand-sketching and rendering skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Revit knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to travel internationally.
