Interim Warehouse Manager - Chesterfield - Competitive Package Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading UK manufacturer on an interim Warehouse Manager assignment, running for approximately three months. Our client operates a large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing site supplying products to a global customer base, and this role will play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly during a period of transition. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to step into a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and make an immediate impact, overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse function supporting continuous production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency and accuracy across all operations Manage and motivate a warehouse team across a 24/7 shift pattern Maintain stock accuracy and oversee stock control, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution Ensure goods in/out, picking, packing and despatch processes support a continuous production line without disruption Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies Liaise closely with production, planning and logistics teams to ensure seamless material and finished goods flow Manage relationships with third-party transport and logistics providers Previous Experience: ..... full job details .....
