Interim Transformation Project Manager

Axon Moore are currently working with a growing organisation in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a period of significant change and acquisition activity.Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the post-merger integration of newly acquired businesses.This is a highly visible position where you will work cross-functionally to ensure integration programmes and system initiatives are delivered on time and deliver measurable business value. Key roles and responsibilities will include: Lead end to end integration workstreams across operations, finance HR, IT and commercial functionsDeploy standardised project management frameworks, methodologies, tool and reporting structuresDefine and track KPI''s, financial performance and risk management metricsDevelop and execute detailed integration road-maps aligned to synergy targets.Drive process redesign and standardisation across legacy and newly acquired entitiesDevelop structured change management plans to ensure adoption.Partner with IT and business ledgers. Create dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and board stakeholders.
