Interim Transformation Manager Salary: £600 - £800 per day via Umbrella Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Interim Transformation Manager to lead the Transformation Office and Portfolio Delivery for a significant public sector transformation programme within a large public sector organisation. This role is crucial as we move from the design to the implementation phase of our transformation programme, aimed at enhancing organisational efficiency and sustainability. Day-to-Day of the Role: Lead the Transformation Office: Manage daily operations, strengthen governance, planning, assurance, and delivery discipline across the portfolio. Ensure clear, evidence-based information on delivery confidence, risks, and outcomes is provided to senior leaders. Strengthen Organisational Ownership and Oversight: Serve as the senior client-side lead, enhancing oversight of externally provided support and ensuring value and outcomes from commissioned activities. Develop the Transformation Roadmap: Align the transformation portfolio with the Medium-Term Financial Strategy, identifying necessary programmes, sequencing, and dependencies. Create a Resource and Capability Plan: Assess and map out the capacity and capabilities required to deliver the transformation programme over the next three years.
