Interim Director of Transformation (12 month FTC)
The Role
Lead one of the most strategically important transformation programmes currently underway in the UK market.
Design and embed a Target Operating Model that ensures the organisation is fit for the next decade of growth and impact.
Reimagine workforce planning on a world-class scale — ensuring the right structures, skills and capabilities are in place to power the organisation’s future.
Work directly with a high-profile Chairperson, acting as a key partner and trusted advisor.
Unite and inspire a highly diverse set of stakeholders, bringing pace, conviction and collaboration to complex change.
Deliver visible, measurable impact across operations, culture, and customer experience.
The Person
A proven leader of large-scale transformation programmes in organisations of 1,500+ employees.
Recognised expertise in workforce planning: able to translate organisational strategy into practical, future-fit workforce design.
Experienced in complex, multi-service, multi-site businesses: ideally those blending services and technology.
Exceptional EQ and communication skills, with the credibility and gravitas to operate at Board level.
Comfortable navigating complexity, managing competing priorities, and creating clarity where there is ambiguity.
Both a strategist and a doer: able to shape the vision and drive execution.
