Key Responsibilities Lead and strengthen the Transformation Office and portfolio management arrangements. Improve governance, assurance, reporting, risk management and delivery discipline across the transformation portfolio. Provide clear and evidence-based reporting on programme progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes. Act as the Council''s senior client-side lead for transformation delivery and oversight. Manage and challenge external transformation partners to ensure value for money and successful outcomes. Develop a clear three-year transformation roadmap aligned to the Medium-Term Financial Strategy. Identify programme dependencies, capacity constraints, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
