You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing advice and ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.Key responsibilities will include of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:Partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruitment requirements and develop engaging job descriptions.Identifying the most effective recruitment channels and proactively sourcing and approaching candidates.Managing candidate attraction, advertising, sourcing, managing job boards, CV screening, telephone interviews and competency-based interviews.Presenting high-quality candidates and advising stakeholders throughout the selection process.Coordinating the full recruitment process through to offer and ..... full job details .....
