Your new roleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, managing a varied and often changing portfolio of roles. You will partner closely with stakeholders to navigate hiring needs that may evolve quickly, requiring you to continuously reassess priorities and adapt your approach. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will operate at pace, bringing structure and clarity in environments that may at times lack definition.Deliver against hiring demand in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where timelines are compressed and expectations are high.Manage multiple, often competing priorities, adapting quickly as business needs evolve.Provide clear, concise updates and insights to stakeholders, even where requirements or direction may be fluid.Partner effectively with hiring managers and the wider TA team to align on priorities, solve challenges, and drive results.Develop and adapt sourcing strategies in real time, responding to market conditions and shifting role requirements.Use proactive headhunting, market mapping, ..... full job details .....
